DETOX FOR THE SKIN! PART 1: FROM THE OUTSIDE

Every turn of the year carries with it the very special magic of the beginning and awakens in us the unexpected motivation to tackle long-held resolutions. For example, many of you have told me that you are now using the time to finally do a purification or detox treatment. And you asked me: “Can I support my body from the outside?” I’m glad you asked: Yes, you can!
WHAT DOES DETOX MEAN?
It means that you cleanse the body, detoxify it and "reset it to zero" - i.e. try to completely free it of all harmful substances and thereby optimize the natural detoxification process. This is particularly important during stressful or stressful times with irregular sleep, unhealthy food and too little fluid intake. It's not for nothing that detox has been in Hollywood for many years Mega trend: Because detoxifying the body can actually give us more energy, a clearer complexion and help you feel better. That sounds fantastic! And we probably all have a desire for a little balance in our lives these days.
INSIDE AND OUT
As is so often the case, our skin plays an important role. Because it is our largest organ, it breathes for us and we excrete many of the unnecessary substances directly through it. So a lot of work! That's why she's particularly happy about support during a detox.
