EPISODE #20 – NADINE BREATY
Healthy and beautiful with the right mindset
This time I'm particularly looking forward to my podcast about inner and outer beauty. Because we are live for the very first time! On Saturday, August 13, 2022, we were guests at “GLOW by dm”, the beauty trade fair in Essen. Live on stage and in front of an audience as my guest: A wonderful young woman: Nadine Breaty! She is a content creator and, despite her young age, she is already an absolute role model for me.
With BEAUTY WILLIAMS – THE GLOW MUST GO ON I always want to emphasize the important connections that exist between beauty and physical and mental health. This time this is particularly true, because Nadine is the best example of the challenges that come with extraordinary looks. The 23-year-old has a special form of albinism, which “gives” her pigmentation disorders and white strands of hair. How does she deal with it, what does she do against bullying because of her appearance, and what tips does she have for people who may suffer from specific attributes of their appearance? Where does she get the self-confidence to make new videos every day for millions of followers and subscribers on the Internet?
