DETOX FOR THE SKIN! PART 2: FROM THE INSIDE

For me, beauty is a feeling: it arises when the true fullness of every person is lived internally and externally. The balance between body and mind plays a huge role! And I think regular detox treatments are a great way to gently support this harmony. Interested in trying it out?
Did you know that for 80% of all people in Germany, care and health are elementary components of a good quality of life?* I can only agree with that wholeheartedly. It's not for nothing that detox treatments have become a full-fledged wellness trend. Whether with a raw food detox diet, a master cleanser treatment or juice fasting - they help body and mind to come into better harmony and have a multitude of positive effects. The problem: You often don't really know how they should fit into the tightly scheduled weekly schedule.

EXTRA TIP: DETOX LIGHT
If a full-fledged detoxification treatment isn't right for you right now, then here's an idea: go for a walk every day! That's like Mini detox for the body. This stimulates metabolism and blood circulation, strengthens the cardiovascular system and stimulates our brain. And just 20 minutes a day are said to have great effects on your health and mind! At the moment I prefer to go for a walk with the dogs very early in the morning and without make-up. The big plus: Then the temperatures are still low and stimulate my skin to work. And is there a nicer time of year to stroll than spring?

Happiness and inner satisfaction – for me that is the true luxury of our time. Regular detoxification treatments are just one of many small tools on the way there. But they can make a decisive contribution to mindfulness and a good body feeling.
