EPISODE #19 – HAIR LOVE, SOFT BRAIDS AND THE RIGHT HAIRSTYLE FOR BED
Love of hair, soft elastic bands and the right hairstyle for bed
Did you know that I am passionate about singing? I actually wanted to be an opera singer! “17 year old, blonde hair” ... an absolute catchy tune for me that I always have to sing along to. At least the second half of the song title fits this episode perfectly BEAUTY WILLIAMS - THE GLOW MUST GO ON: The great DominoKati is on my podcast!
The 26-year-old influencer rocks the internet with her unusual hair videos, tutorials and vlogs and is a hairstyle role model for an entire generation. At first my daughter was a huge fan Domino Kati, at the latest after this podcast episode I am too. Kati shares her most important beauty hack with us: “Be kind to your hair!”
Kati has one principle: "Everything is easy-going. I like things to be as comfortable as possible in everyday life." She sometimes twists curls into her long, straight hair using kitchen towels. For her, extensions are only available as a clip version: "I'm too lazy for glued-on extensions. They always have to be put up at the hairdresser." Otherwise: it doesn't work, it doesn't exist. DominoKati also likes to try out the tips from her community. And she tests a series of active ingredients, fragrances and products for her own care line “Haarliebe” before she gives her name to it. For Kati, treating your own headdress with care is the ultimate. Her tricks: gentle cleansing, the right hairstyle for bed and soft elastic bands for air-dried hair.
Which hair trends for long, short, men's and women's hair will make it onto our heads in the next few months? I'll clarify this with my personal favorite hairdresser Tim from the Team Lippert's hairdressers in Munich. Small spoiler: the perm had better not catch on! But we hope to finally realize that everyone in the family really needs their own shampoo.
This time we are here on the “Head to Toe Hair” podcast! Oops, that's a catchy tune again. With this in mind, I wish you a cool, well-styled head in these summer days. And otherwise a baseball cap helps! All the best – your Judith.
