As soon as your order is ready for shipping, you will receive a separate email with your invoice in addition to information about the shipping of your package. If you do not receive an email with your invoice, please also check your SPAM folder.

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, if you contact our customer service directly, your order may still be canceled in some cases. However, if cancellation is no longer possible, the contents of your order can be returned upon receipt.

When you purchase from us, we offer a return policy for original packaging and unopened products within 30 days.


Our goal is to enable our customers to test our products. By offering the option of returning products that have been ordered and tested for the first time, we give our customers the chance to try out a new and still unknown product and, if necessary, return it if it does not meet expectations. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs in the event of a return. You can find more information in our Returns portal and at the Return Policy.

The Advent calendars are excluded from the voluntary right of return.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from our online shop, you can return the items to us free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.

This is how you can create a return:

  1. Visit our Returns portal.
  2. Depending on which country you are returning the order from, please click on 'Returns from Austria' or 'Returns from DE and the rest of the EU'. Enter your zip code and your order number (with the # symbol - for example #0001) or the tracking number of your package.
  3. In the next step you can choose which products you would like to return
  4. Then please select the drop-off point for the return
  5. You will then receive the return label for the return shipment

Take the well-sealed package to your nearest shipping service provider. The return is free of charge for you. Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs in the event of a return.

No printer at hand? No problem! There is a QR code on the return label that you can have scanned at the drop-off point.

Our returns process usually takes 3-5 days. As soon as the return has been processed by us, the money will be refunded. Depending on the payment method, this can take up to 30 days.

Attention: Please note that we cannot refund shipping costs in the event of a return.

The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days within Austria and Germany. In all other countries that we deliver, it can take up to 7 working days for the order to arrive. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email as soon as your package is ready for shipment. This contains the tracking number and a link to track the shipment, so you can check your delivery status at any time.

In Austria our shipping partner is the Austrian Post. In Germany, this part is taken over by DHL or DPD.

For shipping within Austria we use the service of our shipping partner “Post”. This means that the greenhouse gases caused by shipping are offset by investing in climate protection projects.

Customer account & newsletter

Would you like to create a customer account for our Judith Williams online shop? We are very happy about that, go to the page Create customer account and fill out all the necessary data for registration. You will then receive an email to activate your account.

It is also possible to order from the Judith Williams online shop without registering. However, in order to have the best possible overview of your orders, we recommend that you create a customer account. Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter. You can also activate the newsletter during registration if you wish. Besides, you can newsletter Order later at any time.

If you choose the newsletter Once you have registered, you will receive an activation email. When you click the “Confirm registration” button, you will come to our website and receive the welcome discount, which you can enter in the ordering process.

We very much regret that you no longer wish to receive our newsletter with information about Judith Williams, the products and current promotions. Of course, it is possible to unsubscribe. You will find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of your newsletter email.

We currently do not carry sample or test sizes of Judith Williams products. However, if you order from the Judith Williams online shop, you have the opportunity to test the products and return them free of charge within 30 days. All Judith Williams cosmetic lines can be combined or used alternately depending on individual skin needs. However, it is advisable to stick to one line for basic care. The special care products can easily be used in combination.

The in-house shop in the Judith Williams Beauty World in Innsbruck also offers a selection of beauty treasures.

The products have a shelf life of at least 30 months if unopened. After opening, the products have a shelf life as long as the PAO (period after opening) jar symbol states (e.g. 12M = 12 months).

The products are ideally stored in a cool and dark place, such as the dining room or basement - never in the refrigerator. Further tips and tricks for storing cosmetic products correctly are available this one Magazine article compiled.

The concentrate basically has an even higher combination of active ingredients than the serum and is therefore more productive. While a serum should always be used morning and evening, a concentrate can also be used as a spa treatment over a shorter period of time. When used simultaneously, it is recommended to use the concentrate first and then the serum. 

The entire Judith Williams product range is not tested on animals and we strictly reject any kind of animal testing! The skin compatibility of the lines is tested and confirmed exclusively by independent dermatologists - and animal testing for cosmetic purposes has been banned in the European Union for several years.

For Judith Williams' team, the effectiveness and luxury of the products are the top priority. We would still like to make it very clear that our cosmetics are not natural cosmetics. When product effectiveness requires it, we use state-of-the-art and absolutely safe ingredients to guarantee the best possible benefit for our customers. In general, however, we try to develop a product range that is free of animal ingredients.

Pharmaceutical quality stands for the highest quality or pharmacopoeia quality, standardization of identity, purity and active ingredient content. Furthermore, for consistent and continuous control at all points and production according to the strictest guidelines.

We source our edelweiss flowers regionally from “Veronika’s Kräuterhof” in Fischbach: http://www.veronikas.at. If a year is not productive enough, some of the edelweiss is also sourced from South Tyrol.

All ingredients are listed on the respective product page. It is important to look at the list of ingredients to prevent allergic reactions. 

Our products are high-class developments in which we invest a lot of work and know-how. Behind every single product there is a long development period and collaboration with outstanding experts in dermacosmetics. Furthermore, all of our recipes are subjected to numerous tests to guarantee maximum tolerability and safety. Against this background, we can assure you that the use of Judith Williams products does not have a hormone-active effect and is absolutely harmless.

In principle, the entire Judith Williams range is not designed to have a hormone-effective effect (see question “Are the Judith Williams products designed to have a hormone-effective effect”). However, our products are not specifically tested for pregnancy or on breastfeeding mothers. We therefore recommend that you consult a doctor or dermatologist before use. 

The quality and associated compatibility of the recipes has top priority within our product development. Since neurodermatitis and rosacea are skin diseases, we recommend that you consult a dermatologist before use.
