You can easily return products within 30 days using our returns portal.
It's that easy
- Choose The appropriate returns portal below the instructions out of
- Submit yours in the returns portal Postal code and the Order number included the previous one #-Sign (e.g.: #1003).
- Choose the one Products select which one you would like to return and which one Reason. You can choose between a refund, a voucher for the online shop or an exchange.
- Your Return request is done by our team checked as quickly as possible on weekdays. Depending on the reason, our team may contact you with questions. Please check your emails regularly.
- You receive one Return label with which you can return your order to us free of charge.

Return Policy
When you purchase from us in the Judith Williams online shop, we offer a right of return for original packaging and unopened products within 30 days.
Our goal is to enable you to test our products. By offering you the option of returning products you have tested for the first time, we give you the chance to try out a new and still unknown product and, if necessary, return it if it does not meet your expectations.
Please note that if you order several of the same products, only one may be opened for testing purposes. If you have opened and returned several of the same products, we reserve the right to only refund one. If the necessary level for testing a product has been exceeded and an empty jar or half-full jar is returned, the product can no longer be considered "tested" and a refund is not possible. However, if our voluntary right of return is abused, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to block the customer account.
Please also note that we cannot refund shipping costs in the event of a return. Furthermore, only one return request can be considered per order. Advent calendars are excluded from the voluntary right of return.
