CURA-Marketing GmbH is committed to an inclusive digital experience. It is important to us that everyone can use our website without restrictions. We are continually working to break down barriers and create an inclusive online experience.
Accessible to everyone – our promise
For us, accessibility is an ongoing process. That's why we focus on them Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA and are constantly developing our website so that people with different needs – whether visual, auditory or motor – have equal access.
We endeavor to make the website barrier-free accessible in accordance with the Web Accessibility Act (WZG) as amended to implement Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 26, 2016 on barrier-free access to the websites and mobile applications of public bodies (Official Journal L 327 of December 2, 2016, p. 1). This accessibility statement applies to the website https://www.judithwilliams.com/de.
Measures implemented
In order to improve the accessibility of our website today, we have implemented the following measures:
- Clear and understandable navigation for easy orientation.
- Alternative texts for images and media content, so that information is accessible even without visual representation.
- Meaningful link textsthat make the target content clearly recognizable.
- Integration of a help tool with a wide range of visual aid functions.
- Responsive design, which ensures optimal use on different devices.
- Screen reader compatibilityto make content accessible for assistive technologies.
- Regular accessibility testingto continuously check and optimize existing functions.
Our next steps
We strive to continually improve the accessibility of our website. We are currently aware of a few areas that we would like to improve in future development cycles:
- Text contrasts: On some pages the contrast between text and background is not yet optimal. Here we are working on adapting our design to improve readability for all users.
- iFrame captions: For individual embedded content, the labels are not clear. In the future, these will be supplemented or revised so that screen readers can correctly assign the elements.
- Focusable decorative elements: We will correct these so that assistive technologies can ignore these elements in the future.
- Scrollable content: Certain scrollable elements are currently not fully operable with the keyboard. Here too, we plan to adapt so that all content is accessible regardless of the input method.
