At theVery Important Beauty Club – VIB Club for short – is the loyalty program from Judith Williams Cosmetics. With every order in the Judith Williams Cosmetics online shop, members collect loyalty points, the so-called Beauty Hearts. These Beauty Hearts can be redeemed for attractive benefits and discounts.  

Yes, membership in the Very Important Beauty Club is free. You are automatically in the VIB Club if you have a customer account in the Judith Williams Cosmetics online shop. Here you can create a customer account and here you can log in with your existing customer account.

As a member of the VIB Club, you collect valuable Beauty Hearts with every purchase in the Judith Williams Cosmetics online shop. You can redeem the Beauty Hearts you have collected either using the widget at the bottom left or in the checkout. You can decide whether you want them directly as a discount on your purchase or against it selected products want to exchange. You also benefit from exclusive benefits. These differ depending on your status. The higher your rank in the VIB Club, the more benefits you receive.

The more Beauty Hearts you collect, the higher your rank in the VIB Club will be. Once you have created an account, you are automatically one Beauty starters. As soon as you have collected 2,500 Beauty Hearts, you will advance to the Beauty babe on. Once you have collected 7,500 Beauty Hearts you are one Very Important Beauty and get the best possible benefits.

All your activities within a calendar year will be used to determine your VIP status for that year and the following year. You can find further information about your current points balance and how many points you are still missing here.

No, you will only receive our newsletter if you have signed up for it. As part of the VIB Club, we only send you information emails about your points balance, collecting campaigns and your current status. If you do not want to receive these emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the “Manage email settings” button at the bottom of the email.

When you order from the Judith Williams Cosmetics online shop, you will receive 10, 15 or 20 Beauty Hearts for every euro you spend. The number of Beauty Hearts you receive increases with your rank in the VIB Club.

There are many other ways to earn Beauty Hearts without spending any money. For example, you can contact us Facebook Follow or recommend our shop to earn Beauty Hearts. Here You'll find easy ways to earn loyalty points and move up in the VIB Club. A notice: You can collect Beauty Hearts for a written product review a maximum of 5 times within 30 days.

You can easily redeem your loyalty points in the widget at the bottom left or in the checkout. You can benefit from one of the great rewards per order, which vary depending on your loyalty status. Here go to discounts and rewards. The Beauty Hearts you have collected can only be redeemed in the Judith Williams Cosmetics online shop.

The Beauty Hearts you have collected only expire if you have not collected or spent any points for 1 year. But don't worry: we will inform you in good time and send you a reminder before the points expire. This gives you the opportunity to redeem your Beauty Hearts for benefits. If you have redeemed your collected Beauty Hearts for benefits (see Tier Benefits table), these benefits will be valid for 6 months from that point before expiring.

You can easily contact our customer service via email info@judithwilliams.com unsubscribe from the loyalty program. If you just want to unsubscribe from emails, you can do so by clicking on the “Manage Email Settings” button at the bottom of the email. 

If you unsubscribe from our loyalty program, the Beauty Hearts you have collected will expire at the time of unsubscription and you will no longer be able to redeem them as discounts or vouchers.
